Privacy Policy
Short version: we do not collect personal data through the website. Payment data is handled by an external provider. We use analytics to understand visitor behavior.
What we collect
Visit analytics via Yandex Metrica: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referrer, page navigation sequence, interaction events (including clickmap). Session replay via Webvisor is disabled — we do not record video of your actions on the site.
AI support chat: your messages are stored only in your browser's localStorage so you can continue the conversation later. When you send a question, only the current message text is transmitted to our server for AI response generation; chat history is not tied to an individual user on the server side.
Payment data (card number, banking details): not collected or stored on our side. Payments are processed by an external payment provider whose privacy policy applies to that data.
Cookies and localStorage
Yandex Metrica cookies are used for visit analytics under Yandex's own policy. Browser localStorage is used for technical site features: support chat history, dismissing promo banners, and remembering the selected interface language.
You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time via your browser settings. This will not block your access to the site but will reset stored preferences.
Sharing with third parties
Analytics data is processed by Yandex as an independent operator under its own policy. Payment data is processed by the chosen payment provider. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketing partners or other third parties.
Retention
Server logs (requests, errors) are retained for standard operational periods, typically no longer than 30 days. Yandex Metrica data is retained according to Yandex's retention policy. localStorage contents remain in your browser until you clear them.
Your rights
You may request information about the data we hold, request its deletion (to the extent we hold such data), or withdraw consent for its processing by contacting support. Deletion of data from third-party systems (Yandex, payment provider) follows those providers' own procedures.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be announced in our Telegram community.
